Very nice mat, these points are very sharp and it's a completely new experience. The old mat was a bit less sharp; I would say this mat is for advanced users.
At first it was really painful, especially my back, but the pillow was comfortably soft.
I've gradually been able to sleep longer, and it feels really nice.
This is totally fine too. It can be used all over the body, so I also use it on my legs.
I'm looking forward to using it a lot from now on and hoping that my health will improve.
Excellent yoga mats used a few times and found it really relaxing after going slowly in to the spikes after minutes it is really comfortable then i dozed off, would highly recommend it definitely relaxes you and you feel great after using it.
I tried it and found this product to be much better than the Kuznetsov applicator, which I used for many years!
